Welcome to Prestige Car Wash & Detailing. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Subscription
By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Prestige Car Wash Tint & Wrap LLC to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase.

This subscription will continue until canceled.

To cancel, you must submit a request through our website's cancellation form at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods or unused services.

Membership is valid for ONE vehicle only and cannot be transferred.

2. SMS and Email Communications
By subscribing, you consent to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email to the phone number and email address you provide.

Frequency of messages may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt-out at any time by:

Replying "STOP" to SMS messages.

Clicking the unsubscribe link in emails.

3. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information, including:

Name

Email address

Phone number

Billing information

Vehicle details

This data will be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services. We will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Changes and Cancellations
You can manage your membership online, including upgrading, pausing, or canceling.

You may change your membership level only once every 90 days.

We require seven (7) days’ notice for cancellations or modifications before your next billing date.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or suspend memberships at any time.

Adjust pricing or service terms with at least 30 days' notice to active members.

5. Terms and Conditions
Membership is valid during normal business hours only.

We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to:

Weather conditions

Equipment maintenance

Special events

Rates and terms are subject to change.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Liability and Service Limitations
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Prestige Car Wash Tint & Wrap LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to vehicles

Damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions (e.g., PPF or ceramic coating maintenance)

Lost or stolen items left in vehicles

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dutchess County, NY.
